Copyright and DMCA
Verbum 11 respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid reports about material uploaded to a private workspace.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Report an infringement
Send a report to 21bluesupport@gmail.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the location of the material in Verbum 11, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. What happens next
We assess sufficiently detailed reports, may restrict access to the identified material while we investigate, and will notify the affected account holder when appropriate. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to identify the work or material.
3. Counter notice
If your material was restricted in error, contact us with the report details, your contact information, a good-faith statement explaining why the restriction was mistaken, a consent to the applicable jurisdiction for resolving the claim, and your signature. We will review a valid counter notice in line with applicable law.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload material they do not have the right to use may be suspended or terminated. We also prohibit malicious or knowingly false infringement reports.
5. Designated agent
Before Verbum 11 accepts public or broadly shared user content, the operator will register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page explains the reporting process but is not a substitute for that official registration.
