By creating an account or using Verbum 11 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Verbum 11 is a research and organization tool for Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) niche research. You can upload Amazon pages saved as PDF or structured competitor data. The Service uses AI to extract and summarize supported information and calculates a rule-based score using formulas you can view and adjust. AI output and third-party product data may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account, or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Anything you upload, including PDFs, spreadsheets, niche data, notes, and scoring settings, remains yours. We store it so the Service can function, and it is never shared with other users. You can export your data at any time, and you can delete your account and associated data from your account settings, subject to backups and legal retention. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.
You agree not to:
Scores, rankings, and estimates shown in the Service, including the estimated monthly revenue figure, are calculated from the numbers you provide using fixed formulas, or are rough industry approximations, and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of sales, income, or success, and are not financial, business, or publishing advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.
Verbum 11 may provide free, trial, limited, or paid access. AI usage may be subject to fair-use, file-size, concurrency, or rate limits. Any paid price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Third-party API usage is paid by the operator unless the Service explicitly offers a bring-your-own-key option.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. This permanently removes your uploads, niches, scores, and notes, and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Verbum 11 name, visual identity, original website copy, interface designs, documentation, scoring presentation, and underlying software belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not permit copying, republishing, selling, licensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative commercial services from protected parts of Verbum 11 without prior written permission. Your uploaded files, notes, and original research remain yours, and you retain the rights you already hold in that content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any score or estimate will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbum 11 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business or publishing decisions made based on it.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to 21bluesupport@gmail.com.
