• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion where the legal conditions are met.
• Restrict processing in the situations provided by law.
• Receive portable data where processing is automated and based on contract or consent.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
• Not be subject to a qualifying decision based solely on automated processing.

2. How to make a request

Email 21bluesupport@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate your account. We may request proportionate identity verification before disclosing or deleting data.

3. Response time and cost

We aim to respond without undue delay and within one month. Where permitted by GDPR, this may be extended by two additional months for complex or numerous requests; you will be informed within the first month. Requests are normally free, but manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or charged as permitted by law.

4. Self-service controls

You can export niche results, delete uploads, and permanently delete the account from Settings. Account deletion cannot be undone and may not remove records that must be retained to meet a legal obligation.

5. Complaints

You may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate promptly.

6. Internal GDPR principles

Verbum 11 follows purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, privacy by design, and accountability. Access is restricted by account, AI inputs are limited to the requested task, and users retain controls to export or delete their research.
